Our Leadership Circle 2012 is a peer group of executive directors of small organizations that meets once a month at the New York library/learning center to explore challenges and practical solutions around nonprofit management issues.
At the Foundation Center, executive directors of nonprofits have been attending our classes and special programs, taking online workshops, and using our library for years to build the capacity of their organizations. Now, they can also participate in peer to peer learning opportunities. Starting in July, in an informal roundtable format, members of the 2012 Leadership Circle will share their experiences and insights on nonprofit communications, board relations, fundraising, collaboration, how to handle on-the-job isolation, and more.
